Home page title gets %blog_title% | prepended unless overridden

    In AOISEO -> General Settings -> Page Title Format
    I have only
    %page_title%

    However, home page title when rendered is actually displaying as:
    %blog_title% | %page_title%
    (with appropriate values being substituted in)

    Rewrite Titles is Enabled

    Current Fix to override the above behavior is that you MUST set home page not on the page itself, but in AOISEO -> General Settings -> Home Page Settings -> Home Title

    Please provide the URL for your site.

    The homepage title does not use the Page Title Format, All in One SEO Pack just outputs exactly what you type into the Home Title field under All in One SEO, General Settings, Home Page Settings. The plugin has always worked this way.

    Ah, so “Page Title” means all “pages” EXCEPT the home page. That makes sense, but is not clear inside the General Settings page.

    Correct. The next version of the plugin will change this and will have a separate field for Home Page Title Format.
