Home Page Problem Using Spun Theme

I chose the theme “Spun” because of the look of the Home Page. Small circles (are supposed to) reflect images as links to pages with that image on them. Since I upgraded my WordPress to 3.8, the images are not reflected on the Home Page – only the title of the article on the page. ACK! Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can change it?
