Homepage not loading correctly

    The website I run, http://www.modlang.ohio.edu is having trouble loading its homepage. When you go to the site, you at first have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see the content, or if you wait a few minutes for it to load, the content shows up at the top of the page. The homepage is the only one being affected in this way, all of the other pages load quickly. The problem started randomly,about a week ago. Any thoughts or suggestions?
