• Hello,

I am a newbie, so bare with me xD

On my site I have set the front page to the page named “Home”. Despite that, when you go to the website there is no content show. If you click on the logo, same page. But if you click on the “Home” tab in the menu then it brings you to the correct page with the content.

I am asking for a solution to show the homepage when you click on lightelectric.net

Thank you for any help! If I am missing information please let me know so I can fix it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • By any chance do you have two different pages with the title – Home?

    You can check this within

    lightelectric.net/wp-admin >> Pages

If there are more than one pages with the title – Home, make sure you have set the correct one from

WP admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage settings

If you are using the Lifestyle Magazine theme here >>
    https://wordpress.org/themes/lifestyle-magazine/

You can ask for support from its author from this link>>

Thank you for your response. I have only 1 page named “Home”.

And I have the correct page selected in the Homepage settings. When I select the page in that settings menu no content is shown when the preview updates.

I will ask the author for support, thank you!

You definitely don’t have that page selected as static page. If you did it would not have HOME in the URL. http://www.lightelectric.net/home/ like it is here when you click on the HOME menu button.

Go to Reading and make sure you have chosen STATIC then select page. You may want to make sure the theme is not overriding that somewhere in Customize
