Yes, that’s understandable.
IE11 and any other version of IE doesn’t support the same modern features as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
Things like CSS3, specific layouts, and the list goes on just don’t work correctly in IE and require a lot of hacking to get them to.
Developers cringe at the name “Internet Explorer” for a good reason.
No one develops for it anymore and IE isn’t compatible with a lot of things. Microsoft knows this which is why they are phasing out Internet Explorer.

It already displays correctly in all other browsers (mentioned above) because it was designed to. When it comes to IE… don’t worry about it because modern users don’t use IE anymore and soon no one will since IE will be non existent.
