Home Page Look & Feel

Hello Guys!
I have a question which i dont find answers anywhere.
For my website i have implemented the Stylizer Theme successfully
But HOME PAGE is not the same and i dont know how to change it to be exactly like the DEMO – http://demo.alx.media/stylizer/

1) I would like to set the POST LIST to be like in the demo ( Left side of the screen over the HOME Page)
2) in configuration it says DEVELOPMENT MODE ON – How can i set it off?
