    Hello,

Basically, in the past, lazy scroll allowed to load an infinite amount of pics as user browse the page. Problem: looks like the system is stuck with 200 pics.

Even if you go to the bottom of the page, system will show 200/200 but will stop loading additional pics.

I checked options and couldn’t find anything… is there a way to change this and allow the loading of additional pics at the bottom of the page?

    Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!
We tested the gallery with 230+ images and it shows them all on the page. Do you have more than 200 images in your gallery and they won’t show on your page? Can you please send us a screenshot?

Can you please also install this plugin, health check: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Final Tiles Gallery and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Warm regards,
    Beatrice.

    Hello,

Yes, I have more than 3000 images by now. I can’t upload a pic here… but you can simply load my site and scroll to the bottom. You will see:

    – Pics stop to load at 200…
    – Click on the last pic and you’ll see the “200/200” information

As your plugin needs a lot of other plugins, will that “health-check” plugin work?

    Thanks,

    Hello there,

I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate FTG and see if it works correctly with the default theme and no other plugins.
If it does then activate the plugins one by one until you find the culprit.

To be safe, please do a backup site before.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.
