Support » Fixing WordPress » Home Page Images Misaligned in IE 11 with Gutenberg

  • Hi Helpers,

Have just discovered that 2 of our home page images are totally mis-sized and misaligned, but only in IE (version 11.0.130).

On the advice of our theme support, I tried using a WP 2017 and 2019 theme with the same result. At that point, GeneratePress (theme) suggested I contact you.

The 2 images are partway down the home page: a sales funnel and a sales/golf image.

We don’t use IE, but some of our users do so I hope you can help me find a fix for this.

    Thanks for any suggestions,

    Linda

    Hi there,

I don’t know if you have fixed your problem by this time, but anyway here it go. 🙂

Most companies have decided stop considering IE as it has a lot of compatibility problems.

You could try one of these theses that claim support to IE 11: https://wordpress.org/themes/search/ie11/

Have in mind that this could also be a problem on plugins that do not support IE 11, so please take a look into your plugins.

You could also recommend other browsers to your users as Edge (Microsoft as well), Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
