[Resolved] Home Page has changed

  • I just made my 2nd post and now that post, the 2nd post has changed to my home-page when people access sharkysworld.net. I want my original post as my home-page. Why did it change? I know the 2nd post if Preparations, the 1st post is The Basics, so I figure it has something to do with the alphabeth. What I have to make my 2nd post called The Preparations? There has to be a setting that will put The Basics, my 1st post as my home-page.
Will I get an answer here, I haven’t yet. I just got a reply saying why am I asking this question here, instead of the answer.
Ok, any help will be greatly appreciated.
    10x a lot, Daniel

  • Hi Daniel,

It’s actually working the way it should. As you post new content, it will always float to the top and old content will get pushed down and/or off the page.

When you’re editing your post, in the top right box you should see a check box to make the post sticky. Tick it and that post will stay at the top of your home page.

Well finally I get a straight answer. Thanks alot Marty if every1 on this wp-forum was like you, things would run like a well-oiled machine.
    10x a bunch, Daniel
