    Hi -

I recently changed something in the footer section of "Theme Options". I saved those changes, and then discovered my entire home page was discarded with those saved changes. Does anyone have any experience in recovering the home page in a case like this?

Thanks a lot for your help,

    K

Thanks for your response. I cleared my browser(firefox)'s cache, and re-opened that, but there was no change. Can you please clarify your suggestion? I noted that some wordpress add-ons had their own cache, but I do not have any add-ons.

    Thanks.

Did you confirm that your page was deleted in Dashboard>Pages? I find it unlikely that setting theme options of any sort would delete a page.

My site is smallstepsforbetterhealth.com. As you can see, it's been reset to the default home settings.

As far as whether the page was deleted, my home page never appeared as a regular page in Dashboard>pages. I'm using an InkThemes homepage design, and the text was stored in there, under the Appearance setting in wordpress. I've asked InkThemes support about my issue but have not received a response.

I'm sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme's vendors.
