I have removed the home tab from my page and now the page gives and error that reads:
There has been a glitch in the matrix
How can I redirect one of my pages to be the home page?
I'm super new to this sorry if the questions seem off.
    Thank you!

I would guess that it is probably because the themes home page was where your blog posts were being displayed. The page you're seeing now appears to be a custom 404 message. This is probably because you have removed the home page from the theme.

    Possible solutions:

    1) Put the home page back where it belongs

    2) Create a new page and assign it to your posts page in general settings

I think I fixed it. I just added a post and named it "welcome"
I removed the Home tab because it seemed as if I did not need it and I could not find a proper way to connect my pages to it.

But you are right! I originally did not know the difference between post and pages. I did not like the Blog look for my site and decided to change it with Page. I'm not an expert I'm just learning.
Thank you so much for your help.
