    Disable and re-enable the plugin. Let me know if that fixes it.

    In chrome, the lock is showing up now but it isn’t working in IE or Firefox

    I can’t really help you there. Your server doesn’t care what browser someone is using, it executes the exact same code. You need to try to identify what is causing the issue in IE and Firefox, and there’s no real easy way to do that like there is in Chrome. Use those browsers’ debug tools to see if you can find anything.
