Home is directing to old site homepage

I followed all the instructions for the free plugi. I did another site yesterday wthout a hitch. I did the same thing today with another site but the home page is directing to ther old site. If you press “design” on the old homepage, it goes to the new design page and you can navigate everything except to the new homepage.

I changed the url in wordpress reading settings, i changed it in options in the new DB. Is there anything I am missing?
