    If possible than try to write your issue in English or Just use [https://it.wordpress.org/support/](https://it.wordpress.org/support/)
   WordPress Italian Version. and for this issue I suggest you to deactivate your
   all plugins and use WordPress default theme (Twenty Seventeen Theme). and let
   me know the result. Thank You
