Thank you for reporting this. Looks like there is a bug in the Add shortcode dialog, we will fix it.
Try to add is_video_ads="on" manually to the shortcode text.
About the image issue. Could you please show your shortcode text?

work to play ads before i add attr. Have option to set time to skip ads?
Video has no preview image. I am testing in my virtualBox .Will affect it?

Skip ads button is not a part of the player. It should appear automatically if your ad tag returns skippable ad.
What do you mean by preview image? If you mean a poster, then you should add poster attribute: poster="<image url>"

Poster image auto generation is not supported. You have to specify image url manually.
