• I’d love some feedback on my site (which is being developed) at http://www.sonoranhouse.com/newblog.

My index.php has been assigned to a page instead of a post. How do I go about displaying the index.php while a page is designated as the front page of the site?

If I go to /2007 I get an archive of all articles from 2007, but I’d rather have the most recent thread show up. Ultimately, I’d like to create a graphic with a link to the “news” or “posts” in the header that clicks through to the most recent posts. Thanks!

  • You didn’t wonder at all about that “Posts page” setting under Options > Reading, Front Page? Just create a Page called Blog (or whatever) — no need for any content in it — and then select that as your “Posts page.”

Ha! I’m retarded. I figured that out right after I posted the question. Thanks though.
