Hey @miks2u, did you have any success in resolving this issue?
I am having the exact same problem, down to a T. I have had developers working on it for about a week with no resolve. My domain providers cant find an issue, and CoinPayments gives me automated responses from a bot (even through official ticketed support system).
Any help would be much appreciated!
@beauccamedia Remember if the bot doesn’t answer your question just reply to it and a human will see it.
Some systems have trouble if there are special characters in your IPN Secret, you may want a longer one that is all letters/numbers versus one with special characters if there are any in yours.
@coinpayments ok no worries. Ill keep that in mind next support request.
I changed the IPN secret to just numbers and letters per your comment, and unfortunately the HMAC error persists.
Any other thoughts as to what might be the issue? If its helps, I am using WooCommerce.
