“hits before blocked” and “blocked hits” reset to “0” after a few days

    In the “Blocked IP” section, the “hits before blocked” and “blocked hits” stats will reset to “0” after a few days. Any idea why?

    Hi,
    Sorry for being late in replying, I’ve reported this issue to our team and a case with reference number (#FB5949) was opened to investigate this issue.

    For now, I suggest “Exporting Wordfence Settings“, then deactivate the plugin with “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation” option enabled, uninstall the plugin, re-install it again and import the settings. This should fix the problem if it was related to the plugin’s database tables.

    Also, emailing a diagnostics report to “alaa [at] wordfence [dot] com” will be helpful in narrowing down this issue, you can send this report from (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics => Send Report by Email).
