Never had much luck with this.

I about ready to give up on this plugin. It rarely works when doing exports, so I have rarely gotten to the import stage. I have reached out to their support repeatedly and they generally want to blame it on my host. I am using rackspace hosting and have tweaked all of my server timeouts and such as high as would be reasonably needed. The few times it has worked, it has worked well, but I’ve wasted a lot of time with support and failed attempts. To be fair, almost all plugins of this nature do not cut it on sites. WordPress sites get big and as soon as they do, plugins start failing.
