    WooCommerce – Version 3.7.0
    Order / Coupon / Subscription Export Import Plugin for WooCommerce (BASIC) – Version 1.5.1

    The csv file I used was obtained from ‘WooCommerce > Order Im-Ex > Sample Order CSV hyperlink (right bottom corner)’. When I modified the columns ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘T’ of the downloaded order csv, I hit this error message.

    So, could you please assist why this error message appears when I change those mentioned columns but not appear when I change nothing for the downloaded csv? If I have used the wrong csv, could you please provide the link which I can download the correct csv?

    Hi @xenosaga111,

    Kindly make sure that you have product status data provided in the status column of the CSV file with valid data. Also please make sure that the delimiter used in the importing CSV file is a comma(,). The basic version of the plugin only supports CSV files with comma(,) delimiter.

    If the issue still persists please share us the CSV file you are importing via support.

    The issue you are facing might be because the date format in the CSV file is different. Currently, the basic version of the plugin supports importing orders having date format YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY/MM/DD and DD-MM-YYYY. Kindly make sure that you provide the date with any of these formats instead of DD/MM/YYYY. Also please make sure that the order status provided in the CSV file is valid.

    You were right about the dates being formatted differently, but correcting them didn’t change the error for me.

    We have released a new version for the Order import-export plugin. Please try updating the plugin to the latest version(Ver. 1.5.2) and try importing the orders.

    Hi @taurul,

    It seems like the issue you are facing is because of either the column header name or format of the data in your CSV file is different. Kindly make sure that you use the default column header names and data format to import orders using the basic version of the plugin.
    You may please export a sample order using the basic version of the plugin and use the same column header name in the exported CSV file to import new orders.

    I just wanted to add to this for anyone who may experience this same issue after any updates. This is of no fault of the developer/Author. I had the same issue when opening the CSV in Numbers using a Mac. When I switch to Google Excel docs and copied my data over and exported to CSV as comma delimited, It worked!

    You can get the default column header names and data format by exporting a sample order from your site using the plugin. The exported CSV file will contain the correct column header names and data format.
