hired and paid customized feature has been overwrite in update and paid version

    Hi,

    I have paid for customization for Partial Shipment (Free v2.2) on 2020. In the work of the customization, the main feature customize which is add option in setting to allow enable Partial Shipment on only specific shipping method.
    And one of the point is add the customized feature in next update version or as an add-on to confirm that the custom feature will not be overwrite by update.

    I have purchased the Partial Shipment Pro version and I even I update to latest free version, I found the paid custom feature has been overwrite and not work at update version both free and pro

    And I have try to send on contact us form of https://wooexperts.com/contact-us/, but the form not work and even the Pro support link not work at plugin setting, the pro support link redirect to WooExpoert homepage.
