Hint, use $_GET [ 'nowpsupercache' ]

  • I thought I share these few lines, I use them to switch the caching on the fly, if I need to test something:

    function do_not_cache () {
      if ( ! defined ( 'DONOTCACHEPAGE' ) ) {
        define ( 'DONOTCACHEPAGE', true );
      }
    }

    if ( isset ( $_GET [ 'nowpsupercache' ] ) ) {
      not_cache ();
    }

    Then just add the parameter to the URL.

    E.g. http://nedotorkani.com/?nowpsupercache

    Simple and handy.

    Donncha, maybe you could add it to the plugin itself.

  • Interesting idea. It might have implications for potential nastyness though so the key should be kept secret.

    I might add something like this however. Thanks!
