    When I first installed the product it was simple and looked great. After an update my product pictures get cut-off and the words “related products” and mashed-up.

    I emailed tek support twice, the first time I was told it was a problem caused by my DIVI theme. That was false as I fixed one product category on mu own.

    I may find an alternative to this product

    Hey,

    Sorry to hear about your issues and experience with WooCommerce support. I often get the “it’s your code” reply, which is frustrating. They do always end up on the same page with me though and things do get resolved. The problem with that is… while things are getting resolved customers are being impacted.

    I am a WooCommerce/Wordpress fan – just because the other solutions out there are more restrictive and have issues as well (with support that’s worse). Hang in there, that’s my recommendation.

    Recent versions of Divi have been plagued with problems, so I think that would have been a sensible start to debugging any issue. Unless you’re willing to try other themes to narrow the cause, you won’t know if it’s responsible or not.

    I fixed one issue by taking my product description text out of the woocommerce description box and added it to the normal area where you would generally add text.

    I have no ticket as I was in a chat with woocommerce. Divi may be plagued with issues but by fixing one issue on my own I do believe this is isolated to woocommerce

    If it was where you placed the description as you say, how would that change/break in an update? Maybe you can be more detailed. If it’s a bug, report it properly.

    Mike, no need to reply to me as your answers don’t help. I tried to report the issue and woocommerce pointed me in another direction. how would that change/break in an update? I’m not sure but I know it happened.

    I’m in finance, not a developer. I do know it’s an <h2> tag in their DIV class thats causing the issue.

    I’m not trying to solve anything because you said you already fixed it. I’m just trying to fathom your reasoning – you say you were pointed in the wrong direction, but cannot explain your problem. Nevermind 🙂

    I had a similar problem what Tarzan61 is having. A particular variable product’s image was getting “messed up”. The only way I can describe it is that the picture showed with “junk / leftover” images. EVEN when I used an image that worked perfectly with another product, the problem persisted. I tried to duplicate the product, remove image / re-add image … all to no avail.

    The only way I found to clear the problem was to —
    1) Mark the product that I was having trouble to DRAFT.
    2) Create a NEW product … (with characteristics of the problem product). Add images, properties … etc as you need.

    This NEW product worked fine…

    wpfishing if you can screenshot what you’re seeing log a support issue on the forum with the details for us.

    If anyone has an issue with the gallery looking too short, this was actually fixed in 3.1.1 so make sure you’re updated.

    Mike, you need better reading skills. I had two issues, my post said I had resolved one.

    I have now fixed the second item.

    Thanks for asking for a support ticket. Unfortunately I have deleted the product that was giving me trouble (after creating the new replacement one).

    This has not happened again. If it does, I’ll create a ticket.

    FYI .. It also happened in the Incognito browser .. ie. fresh start!!
    WP: 4.8, WC: 3.10 (3.11 wasn’t available when this happened), I’ll upgrade asap.

    Mike … one more thing … this happened immediately after upgrade from 3.09 to 3.10 to an existing product.

    @wpfishing sounds like the image issue fixed in 3.1.1
