 * I think this is the coolest thing. Can someone tell me if this is done with javascript
   or CSS?
 * There are a lot of footnote plugins, tuts and articles but I haven’t found anything
   about making the footnote highlight when you jump to it.

   Just click on one of the footnote SuperScripts.

    We need to get Simon Elvery to upgrade his already excellent WP-Footnotes
   plugin with this feature.
