# Highlight Row Current Day

 * Hello,
 * Is there a way to automatically highlight a row [background color change] based
   on the current day?
 * [This](http://www.al-walayah.com/resources/la-prayer-times/) is my table and 
   I would like the row for the current day to darken.
 * Is there a way to incorporate it? CSS code? I accomplished this with a formula
   on Excel and importing that .xls and .csv file onto the Tablepress plug-in however
   it loses that formula.
 * Any advice would be appreciated.

 * thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
 * No, sorry, I’m not aware of an automatic solution for that. You could maybe take
   a look at the Row Highlighting Extension from [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/highlight-a-row-based-on-value?replies=16](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/highlight-a-row-based-on-value?replies=16)
   and use that as a starting point for a custom version that highlights the date.
