    The charts are a bit difficult to debug, unfortunately, so hopefully we can find the problem quickly. At first I would start with checking the following (since you mention it has worked before):

    1. Do you have any errors in your error logs?
    2. Did you change something in the settings recently?
    3. Did you upgrade the plugin recently?

    One of these answers may help in finding the problem.
