  • Where to begin….

Over the past week my website – http://mtnweekly.com has been intermittently going down, taking forever to load on the backend and just not operating as it should be.

I spoke to GoDaddy (4 times in the past week)

At first I was told this was due to a plugin on one of my 5 hosted websites, however GoDaddy could not tell which plugin was causing this problem or which site it was on. (Left me scratching my head)

Then the latest update from GoDaddy is it has nothing to do with my plugins or my site in general. (7-28-14) That GoDaddy is having issues with their data center that is causing latency issues and high ping times. (the nice young man did offer to sell me WordPress dedicated hosting, hahaha)

When will GoDaddy make an announcement about this issue?

I have contacted Blue Host and signed up with hosting, now we will wait and see if I truly need to make the switch. Maybe this will help someone out, I am just venting and very upset with this lack of productivity.

Now I am getting 503 error pages, round and round we go… Maybe someone from GoDaddy will see this and respond?

Looks like this is still an ongoing issue. Can’t even login to the admin panel of the site.

If you are reading this and use GoDaddy you should give them a call.

500 Internal Server Errors are bad for business!!
