    Hi,

    My website shows “Error establishing a database connection”, and the support team of cloudways helped me to find the log and told me:

    There is high number of admin ajax request on your application due to which the server is under load conditions. Here are the logs:

    You – or anyone else with admin access to your site – most likely have the Dashboard or the Simple History page opened. When those pages are opened in a web browser simple history checks for new events every 10 seconds and those are the requests you see. These requests should be pretty lightweight but if you believe they are adding to the CPU usage of the server you can just make sure to close the tabs while not viewing the log.
