I have a blog that has 110,000 visitors a day and use your plugin as a voting system ...

But this is already a problem because it uses MySQL and much of this consumption is very high.

The wp_rating table in my database is huge.

Also cloudflare use, and does not save the user's ip, ip saves only the cloudflare.

It is huge because it logs every rating to every post in your DB.

Remove Line 630 of wp-postratings.php https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings/blob/master/wp-postratings.php#L630 and it will not log to the db anymore.

If you do that, you can only rely on Logged by Cookie to determine if a user is rated.

Maybe you can try alternative 3rd party solution like http://polldaddy.com/features/#ratings
