Hierarchy does not show in menu in sidebar

I have tested this plugin with another theme and it works fine but it will not work with my Gymboom theme, can anyone help with any custom code i can enter into the theme to make it indent properly. I have tried using the code offered by a previous post but it did not work. I want to show the product_cat and the product_brand taxonomies of Orilla Cart E-Commerce plugin.
