I have products that go under several parent categories. I showed the hierarchy using > and then separated category path group by a comma and this is not working for me. If I choose “An element in my file contains the entire hierarchy” then it seems to think that everything is a subcategory for the first category I list.

If I choose Each Product has multiple Product categories it thinks that everything, including the > is the name of the category.

I’ve been seeking help on your YouTube video pages for days and not getting a response. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tamierp,

You can import multiple hierarchies via the “An element in my file contains the entire hierarchy” option, you just need to enable the “Separate hierarchy groups via symbol” sub-option and set the correct delimiters: https://d.pr/i/PGfDGH.

Does that look like it will cover your use case? If not, can you show me an example of the category data you’re importing?
