Hierachy in breadcrumb

You can do this, though it is not recommended. In the Breadcrumb NavXT settings page, under the “Post Types” tab, look for the option of “Post Hierarchy” and then select from the list “Post Parent” (remember to save your settings when you are done). Then you will need to set the parent for each of your posts. A plugin such as Post Parents can help with this.
