  • I have a number of categories that contain sub catetories. When you visit my blog, all the categories are listed alphabetically and unles you are familiar with my site then there is not much meaning to them. Is it possible to list the parent categories alphabetically with the sub categories listed underneath (perhaps indented) so that there is meaning and order to them?
    I know that if you click on a parent category then it will show all post within the parent and child, and if you click on the child then you only get the posts in the child. It would make more sense (at least to me) to have a hierarchical structure. Can this be done in a future release?
    I am using WP 2.0.2 and the default theme
    Thanks TJ

  • Options:
    1. pick a theme that it automatically for you
    2. Edit the sidebar.php and find this line:
    <?php wp_list_cats('sort_column=name&optioncount=1&hierarchical=0'); ?>
    Change the 0 (zero) to 1
