Hi, before purchasing this plug in, I tried a test but all my images are transparent, unless viewed in the slider. I’ve gone through all settings but can’t find a way to fix this.

Also, in the paid version, will I be able to hide votes? I’m making this gallery for my camera club and I don’t want to deter members from entering if they see they don’t get any votes. Also, can I make it so they can vote in order? Say if they have 5 votes, but want to to have them voted in order, so there’s a top image, then 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

    thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Claire,

thank you for showing me this.
It seems when some themes have a special CSS for the figure tag then images in frontend will not be shown.
I improved that. Please update to the new version 10.9.3.1.1.

    About your question:
Yes you can hide until vote like the one star example here, same works for 5 star: https://www.contest-gallery.com/voting-options
To force a user vote in order is not possible. But when you activate “One vote per picture” people can’t vote a picture multiple times.

You can also buy the pro version and ask for refund if not satisfied.

btw: I see some failures in the developer console when I look your page. Seems that they are related to fancybox. It might break functionality in future:
