I have a music blog called Better Blends (www.better-blends.com) and I’m using the Arthemia Premium template which uses TimThumb to create thumbnail images for each post. Everything is working fine, but I want to know if there is a way to control where the thumbnail image shows? Occasionally, I would like to have a post where the thumbnail appears on the frontpage/excerpt, but becomes hidden once you view the full post. I believe it is possible because any post the posts in my video category all have thumbnails, but they aren’t visible once you follow the link to the main post.
I”m new to WordPress, and I tried searching this, but I’m either asking the question in the wrong way, or no one else is having this problem. If this is a common thing and I’m in the wrong area I would appreciate it if someone would just point me in the right direction (ie. knock it off with all the “stupid newbie” remarks).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks ahead of time
