    Hi:
I recently ran a Website check using my host provider, and on the search engine side of things, if i don’t use a tagline, than a description doesn’t appear on the search engine.

However, I don’t want the tagline in the header itself. Is there a custom CSS for Ignite that will hide the tagline? Or is this a feature of the Plus edition?

This is a good use case for a plugin like Yoast SEO.

With Yoast SEO, you can set a custom title and meta description to show on the search engines for each page. This can be the same or entirely different from the content shown on the page. This way, you don’t need to add the tagline if you don’t want it shown on the page, and it won’t affect your SEO at all.
