Hiding text from menu button – css or source code

    I’d like to make the “Home” text that appears on my menu bar invisible, replaced with the House picture: http://www.getyourgf.com

    Apparently text hidden w/ CSS will harm search engine rankngs. If so, what would be the best solution?
