Hiding smilies

I’d like to hide the smilies to make my site more professional looking, and can not find a place to put the [quick-chat smilies=”0″] option. Where is this placed in WordPress i’m using the iRibbon theme from CyberChimps (if that makes any difference) with the latest WordPress. Likewise, can you tell me, where in this situation is this widget/Quick Chat invoked from?? As in what file?? Thanks
