Good afternoon. After activating the pmpro plugin, the content message hides most of the post description so that only the first sentence with the ellipsis is visible. Can you please tell me how to move pmpro_content_message up or down so that users visiting the site can see the entire description in full? Thank you very much in advance.

Do I have Show Excerpts to Non-Members in my settings? set to Yes – Show Excerpts. How can I make it so that not excerpts are shown, but descriptions in full? Because I don’t need to hide them at all.

    Hi @eduha71

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Can you tell me more about a post description and what you mean by this – are you using a plugin to add this functionality?

Would it be possible to share a link to a page in question or screenshots so I may overlook this for you and advise further.

Good afternoon. When I enable the PMP plugin, the description below the video is hidden. Only the first line remains. For example, the full description looks like this:

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

With the option Show Excerpts to Non-Members? description looks like this:

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro….

But in the description I have cross-links to other posts and users do not see them, because they are hidden by the plugin along with the description. Thank you so much!

Sorry for the delay here @eduha71, I do not recognize the message “Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro”. Have you adjusted the Advanced settings for non-members?

This can be adjusted in Memberships > Settings > Advanced Settings and within the options “Message for Logged-out Users” and ”
    Message for Logged-in Non-members”.

I hope this helps, as mentioned it’s not default and should so a different message to login or signup for a membership level but can be tweaked.
