You have to go to the Page settings and disable the header. I had the same issue before.
I did, but it still displays it. I’ve just double checked and Page Header is definitely disabled on the home page.
Here’s a link in case anyone needs to look at the page to figure out why this happens:

@artsycat
Can you once try the below CSS code in the Additional CSS Box provided via the Customizer Options and check once:
.home #wp-custom-header {
display: none;
}
Thanks.
@themegrillteam
Thank you so much! It worked like a charm.
Great to hear so. We hope you liked the theme if so you can help us leave a review here. 🙂 Thanks.
Mh, doesn’t work for me – I use the Café demo content with Zakra, added the above CSS code, which works fine for the home page, but on any other page I still see the demo content image beneath the new images I added – any help for this issue?
Hi, @marucloud,
Can you please provide the URL of the page and mention which image exactly you’re referring to? Also, you can create a separate thread for your query.
Hi, @themegrillteam.
I am having the same issue. I’ve disabled the header in page settings and used CSS Code in the additional css entry. Id like to disable the extra footer area too. Can you help on this issue please. Here’s my URL: https://kutzhairstudio.wpcomstaging.com
Many thanks in advance.
Thanks for the Quick reply.
The footer is split in to two sections. I want the bottom widget section to appear but hide the top grey section.
Also sorry i didn’t make it clear the header media area is still there after trying everything in this post.
Thanks
Not to worry now i have worked it out! The template was set to default in the page attributes.
Thanks anyways
