 * Is there a plugin or method out there for being able to disable the display of
   categories, authors and titles on pages/posts? Like say, a tickbox next to the
   fields to enable or disable them on a per post/page basis would be good.
 * Cheers!

 * This is a bit contrived, but what about putting those posts in a particular Category(
   call the Category Hidden) and then in your Theme’s template files, test for that
   Category and don’t display those items for those posts.
 * Now with that said, there is no Category assignment for Pages but Pages can have
   their own templates.

 * Ah, I didn’t realise you could set up a separate template for pages.
 * Fixed, thanks! 😀
