Hiding Country, State, City prevents plugin from calculating at all

    Allowing users to just enter zip to check shipping cost would make the cart more streamlined, but hiding those fields on the page prevents the calculation from even occurring.

    Is this an issue with the plugin or woocommerce?

    This doesnt appear to be an issue with the shipping plugin
