# Hiding Comments Section

 * Is there any way to hide comments section altogether?

 * The Comment section is actually coming from and handled by WordPress, not the
   theme.
 * You can disable Comments from **Setting > Discussion**. Or you can also use a
   plugin like [Disable Comments – Remove Comments & Stop Spam](https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/)
   or [Disable Comments](https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments-rb/) to 
   do that.
