Hiding Certain Shipping Methods for Certain Products

    I’m having difficulty with setting shipping methods.

    I have over 3,000 products listed and have set up 2 shipping methods for Australia Only. 1 – Free Shipping 2 – Express Shipping.
    Both shipping methods are currently working fine for all products.

    I want to disable ‘express shipping’ for 1,000 products and only allow them for free shipping.

    I’m having difficulties setting the shipping classes where the Express will not be an option.

    Can someone help me achieve this?
