    They cannot be assigned a category, but you can choose in Settings > Products > Inventory to hide out of stock products.

    So should I put each house listed as a quantity of 1 and then change the quantity to 0 if the house has been sold?

    The inventory should automatically change once the product has been purchased.

    If you need to show all products with an inventory of 0 on a certain page, then you’ll need to write a custom query to pull of those products. Otherwise, you’d need to manually add them all to their own category once purchased.

    The inventory won’t be changing automatically because no one buys a $750,000 home with their Visa.

    I’m going to play around with the inventory I suppose, as Mike suggested.

    Inventory still changes after a ‘purchase’ even if its offline and you use BACS or similar.
