    Thanks for sharing this plugin!

Is there a way to hide the “Your ticket number is XX” message in the response?

    Thanks

    -Mark

Hi Mark, glad you like the plugin!

This is possible by creating a custom landing page for your success message. You can then set the “redirect” option in the shortcode to use that page instead of the default message. For example:

    [zendesk_request_form redirect=”https://example.com/message-received”]

Hi, what is the failure mode for the function? If for some reason the process of creating a ticket in Zendesk is not successful, is there a way to signal this to the redirect page, so it can display some message other than “message received”?

    Apologies for the slow reply.

The user will see a “ticket not submitted, please click the ‘Back’ button on your browser and try again” message in the event of a failure.

    Thank you for the info!
