# Hide WordPress Toolbar

 * is it possible to hide the black WordPress Toolbar for users (Not Administrator)?

 * I could turn off the toolbar with a plugin but I wish to do it without plugin.

 * the black toolbar in header doesnt show up for visitors not haveing an account
   or logged in…i want same black border in header for all users as its in the footer
   in theme now…how?
