Hide word HOME in menu navigation

Hello, how can I make a navigation menu like for example this site:

I want to make a site that has the main page like this example site but how is it done so that the word HOME does not appear in the navigation menu, if I create the page called HOME, it will show it to me in the navigation menu and I I don’t want that.

I want to set the home page (main page) as shown on the site I send as an example, but you see the word HOME don´t appear in menu? How do that?
