 * Hello! First off I love the plugin. The design and flow is excellent. Hide the
   result after a user has submitted their response, and show a thank you message
   instead, such as ( Thank you for vote) ? Is it possible to make this possible?

 * The plugin lets you configure the result page and customize it on your own. You
   can either hide the results or display them instantly after the voting.
 * You can type in your preferred thank you message, for instance, Thank you for
   taking the time to vote.

 * Under the poll, you can write the text as you want. You can create through the
