Greetings of the day.
You can enable /disable the swatches on the shop page from the variation swatches General settings. Please take a look at this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/uEsiee.
Regarding the blank page on clicking on settings. Can you please provide screenshots or a short video of the issue, as this shouldn’t be happening?

This issue looks like a plugin conflict, please disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Swatches plugins and see if the settings page contents are visible.

Thanks for the video.
That’s strange. Can you please try to reinstall the plugin by deleting and installing it again and see if that helps?

I disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce and then changed my theme, then i deleted Variation Swatches and reinstalled it. and unfortunately the problem still remains…

Thanks for writing back.
We cannot provide the CSS code to hide them as we already have an option for that, and CSS can cause other issues with that option.
Regarding the settings not appearing issue, can you please open a ticket in our support forum for further detailed investigation on this issue?
